01 About these terms

By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page is always the one that applies.

02 Products and pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements and care. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice.

03 Orders and acceptance

An order becomes a contract only once we confirm it. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

04 Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but depend on our courier partners. Once a parcel is handed over we share the tracking details. Delays caused by weather, strikes or an incorrect address are outside our control.

05 Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us. Items marked final sale, and innerwear, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

06 Use of this website

All photographs, text and design on this site belong to Shreeja Unique Fashion and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its normal working.

07 Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products or website.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
